Pre-registration is required of all participants.

We welcome participation of all interested persons -- in person in Washington, DC or via web. The registration fee is waived for many but not all registrants (details below).

Upon receipt of your completed Registration Form, an email will be sent to you from info@nrdonline.org confirming your registration. If a fee is applicable to your registration, payment instructions will be included.
