Pre-registration is required of all participants and registrations will be discounted only as applicable (see below).
We welcome participation of all interested persons -- in person in Washington, DC or via web. The registration fee is waived for many but not all registrants (details below).
Upon receipt of your completed Registration Form, an email will be sent to you from info@nrdonline.org confirming your registration. If a fee is applicable to your registration, payment instructions will be included. (Note that a 20% discount applies to registrations received by July 31.)
